Throughout my time using the three programs I found many new and exciting ways to enhance my computer skills. This project was quite an eye opener for me as I learnt all about these new programs that were making a huge impact in peoples lives daily.

The first of these was delicious. Delicious is an amazing way to organize all of your favorites into one easy place. It makes adding favorites easier and the ability to organize them simpler. In my usage of Delicious I found it quite useful as I could make favorites with little effort. Also it had the ability to see who else bookmarked the site, which is useful as you can look at their other bookmarks and find out new resources.

The Second I used was blogger. Blogger is an online blogging website run by Google. I used blogger to document all the work that I have done this project. In using blogger I found it not to be that useful for me because I don't like writing long blog posts that need to have at least 500 words, which for me is a very hard goal to achieve because the majority of my work has very little content. Although I think it is a nice way to show the progression of your work as time proceeded. I would have prefered if the lastest blog posts were on the bottom so people who were reading it didn't have to scroll all the way to the bottom to start reading the blog. I think blogger would only be useful if you had friends or family who wanted to see what you were doing while you were on vacation.

The last I used was wiki spaces. Wiki spaces is much like wikipedia except it is a very exclusive website which users can essentially make their own wikipedia about a certain subject. In my experiance using the site I thought it was a useful site because it was easy to use and I liked how it was lain out to be almost exactly like wikipedia, which made it easy for me to find my way around the website.

The main ethical issue of instant messaging is the fact that their is no body language or a way for the writer to give an inflection on their words. The reader can then take it in countless different ways. As an example, it is extremely hard to detect sacarsm in writing unless a smiley or an emotion is placed beside it. Although now many Instant messenging services have the ability to voice chat which is good because it takes out the inhuman aspect of instant messenging. This is negated by the fact that most people do not have a video camera. Many people spend increasing amount of time using Instant Messaging in lieu of spending time interacting with each other, which leads to poor social skills and people getting fat because they spend more time infront of their computer and less time moving around and actually accomplishing "real" work.

This concludes this project.
